It is an alternative social responsibility project with an environmental, social, and economic impact, with measurable and verifiable results and indicators. It is a proposal from Alternare A.C., an organization with over 23 years of uninterrupted work promoting the conservation of the Monarca region. Its comprehensive sustainable development model has been internationally recognized for its significant contributions to reducing poverty and regenerating ecosystems.

Our team will support you in adapting a strategy that contributes to your company's objectives and is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals integrated into the United Nations 2030 Agenda.

By replanting and sustainably managing our forests, we create new spaces where plants and animals can grow and thrive. We foster economic activity that creates jobs and enables better lives. We make a real impact on climate change. We improve the quality of the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the water we drink. Become part of BosqueSomos, and together we can create a healthy environment for our children to grow up in by restoring our forests and creating a better world. Play your part in building a sustainable future!

You can adopt a mature forest in the core area or plant a forest in the buffer zone of the Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve. We will issue a certificate with your logo and a welcome letter that will be sent to each of your collaborators via email in which they will know the name assigned to the forest, species of reforested trees, age, community in which it will be planted georeferenced (latitude, longitude and exact location in gmaps);

We'll work with the Carpinteros indigenous community to plant and/or maintain your company's forest for two years. Every two years, we'll take photos and email them to you so you and your employees can monitor the growth of your forest's trees.

At the end of the two years, we'll invite you to renew and develop a strategy for restoring another area of the Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve. There are more than 52,000 hectares to regenerate and conserve. The goal is daunting, but we know that with your support we can achieve it.

If you choose to plant a forest, activities will focus on training, support, and the purchase of materials required for the reforestation process, from site selection and tree production to two-year monitoring to ensure the survival of the planted trees. If you decide to contribute by adopting a mature forest, we will maintain and implement actions to maintain the core area to ensure healthy forests in excellent condition to welcome the monarch butterfly during the hibernation season.

Yes, all contributions are tax-deductible.

Thank you for taking care of the forests and for the conservation of the monarch butterfly migration phenomenon with the help of the communities! To help us reach our goal, clic here. Your support will help us plant trees and protect and restore forests in the location you choose, or you can choose to let us decide where the most funding is needed.

Would you rather participate in the reforestation of the Monarch region?
